We would be delighted to help with your wedding plans if you were to hold your wedding reception or Hen Party at our venue. The venue is situated in a fabulous position overlooking the weir with none of the limitations of a hotel as it is privately owned. We have an excellent chef who will only serve freshly prepared foods & sauces and beautiful interior. (see reviews on our web site: www.iltocco.co.uk)

COST (Wedding Receptions)
The cost depends on the time of day and time and number of people attending. We can accommodate up to 80 for a sit down 3 course meal with up to 50 attending in the evening.

For example: For 50 + guests, I would assume you would want to have exclusive hire of the restaurant and this price will vary from day hire to evening hire on a Friday or Saturday.

The cost for the venue is £3,500 on a Friday evening approx 5pm -12. midnight
£5,000 on a Saturday evening from 5pm-1am
Daytime Friday 11-4pm £2000 / Saturday £3000

The cost includes the following:

• Exclusive use of the restaurant/bar
• 3 course wedding dinner for up to 70 people.
• Choice of 4 starters, 4 mains & 4 desserts
• Flowers on all tables
• Candle’s on all tables
• Mineral water on all tables
• Bread with butter or balsamic /oil.
• 2 car spaces in the car park.

Alternatively you may wish to have a booking for up to 50 people and may not require sole use, we can offer you a wedding menu between £30.00 - £35.00 per head.

Dear Lesley and Glyn,

We wanted to thank you and your team for a fantastic Reception held at Il Tocco after Sylvie and Dan’s wedding. Lesley, you took all the usual worry of finding a venue/caterers/band/disco/flowers etc. from us and people could not believe how relaxed we were as a result!

Your attention to detail was superb. The décor was lovely and the food absolutely mouthwatering – we had comments from our guests saying that the dinner was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Your chef had really excelled himself. We were very impressed by your waiting team, nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely at the end of the evening to see them dancing too! It was totally different to the standard “just another wedding” production line that many other venues seem to offer. Everyone said what a really romantic venue it was. The evening was totally perfect – balmy weather – the band playing on the balcony – the full moon shining on the weir – flowers everywhere and just seeing everyone having such a marvelous time. The thank you letters we have received have all been really enthusiastic about Il Tocco and quite a few said that they couldn’t wait to visit you again! Sylvie and Dan had a really lovely Wedding Reception and we would thoroughly recommend you to everyone.
